Fair Tenancy Industry Committee (FTIC) Singapore.
On 3 May 2021, the Fair Tenancy Industry Committee (FTIC) was set up to be the custodian of the CoC and ensure that it provides guidance to landlords and tenants of qualifying retail premises so that fair and balanced lease negotiations can be achieved.
We are glad to work on the FTIC’s website! 🙂 Beginning with the concept creation until the end of the development, we were inspired to bring out the value and mission of FTIC. We used a clean, corporate look but didn’t miss out to design in a way to show their vision.
