To maintain their industry-leading position, Rajah & Tann recognized the need to overhaul their outdated website and create a modern, unified digital platform for their affiliates across Asia. Rajah & Tann has practices in areas such as banking, competition, corporate governance, corporate finance, dispute resolution, information technology, infrastructure, insolvency, insurance, mergers and acquisitions, shipping, telecommunications, and trade. The firm is additionally known for its China, Japan, and South Asia-specific practice groups. Its network also includes R&T Asia Resources, which provides project-specific in-house lawyers to support the firm’s clients, and R&T Technologies, a consulting firm focused on cybersecurity, data breach readiness and response. The firm also offers a virtual law academy and other legaltech services to enhance its client offerings. Consolidating multiple country-specific websites and updating the overall user experience

Rajah & Tann Asia previously faced significant challenges in managing separate websites for each of its 10 country offices. Each country had its own independent website, leading to a fragmented digital presence that was difficult to maintain and update. This decentralized structure made it challenging to provide consistent branding, user experience, and accurate information across all regions. Additionally, the spread-out websites created complexities for both clients and internal teams, as navigating between different sites was cumbersome and time-consuming. Beyond this, the design of the existing websites was outdated and lacked the elegance expected from a prestigious firm like Rajah & Tann Asia, one of Southeast Asia’s most respected law firms. The websites were not user- friendly, with complicated navigation and a structure that didn’t align with modern web design standards. This negatively impacted the user experience and the firm's ability to showcase its legal services effectively. To uphold their reputation and leadership in the region, Rajah & Tann needed a more refined, professional, and intuitive website that matched their stature.
